Do you enjoy reading, writing, math, technology, or giving back to your community? Volunteering with Literacy Lambton is a meaningful way to share your skills and make a lasting difference.

Help build brighter futures by supporting literacy, confidence, and lifelong learning.

Volunteer with us to:

Empower adults with confidence and new skills through encouragement, motivation, and meaningful connection
Support children in building confidence, strong math and reading foundations, and a lifelong love of learning.
Fuel our mission assisting fundraising or increasing awareness by representing us at community events and promotions.
Contribute at the committee level by sharing your expertise and ideas and bringing committee initiatives to life.
Serve in governance roles on our Board of Directors and help guide the strategic direction of the organization.

Volunteer opportunities are available in:

  • Adult Literacy Programs
  • Children’s and Family Literacy Programs such as Train Your Brain, Summer Reading Buddies, and Baby Bookworms
  • Fundraising such as Bingo (cGaming) volunteers at Sarnia Jackpot Time
  • Committees
  • Board of Directors
